Service Nature

Yluzauezan provides party styling and event organization services, which are time-sensitive and require advance planning, material procurement, and resource allocation. Due to the nature of our services, cancellations and modifications may impact our ability to serve other clients.

Booking Confirmation

When you book party styling services with yluzauezan, you will receive a confirmation that includes:

  • Event date, time, and location
  • Selected service package and inclusions
  • Total cost and payment schedule
  • Deposit amount and due date
  • Cancellation policy acknowledgment

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking with yluzauezan:

  • Deposits are typically 30-50% of the total service cost
  • Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation
  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Deposits are applied to your final balance
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your party styling service, the following refund structure applies:

30 Days or More Before Event

Cancellations made 30 or more days before your event date will receive a refund of all payments except:

  • The non-refundable deposit
  • A processing fee of $75
  • Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred

14-29 Days Before Event

Cancellations made 14-29 days before your event date will receive:

  • 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit
  • The deposit remains non-refundable
  • Non-recoverable expenses will be deducted

Less Than 14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made less than 14 days before your event date:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Full payment is due regardless of cancellation
  • Materials and resources have been allocated and cannot be recovered

Event Postponement

If you need to postpone your event rather than cancel, yluzauezan offers flexible options:

  • One-time postponement allowed without penalty if done 30+ days in advance
  • New event date must be within 12 months of original date
  • Subject to availability of our team
  • Pricing adjustments may apply if package costs have changed
  • Second postponement subject to cancellation policy

Service Modifications

Changes to your party styling package or event details:

  • Minor modifications allowed up to 21 days before event at no charge
  • Significant changes may incur additional fees
  • Upgrades can be made anytime, subject to availability
  • Downgrades must be made 30+ days in advance for partial refund
  • Guest count changes accepted up to 14 days before event

Weather and Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather or unforeseeable circumstances:

  • Yluzauezan will work with you to find alternative solutions
  • If event must be postponed due to weather, one free reschedule within 60 days
  • Government restrictions or mandates will be handled case-by-case
  • Natural disasters qualify for full rescheduling without penalty
  • Refunds in force majeure situations determined individually

Refund Processing

When refunds are applicable:

  • Refunds processed within 10-14 business days of cancellation
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your financial institution
  • Confirmation email sent when refund is processed

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with yluzauezan party styling services:

  • Please notify us immediately during or after the event
  • We will work to address concerns and find resolutions
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Documentation and photos may be requested
  • Resolution discussions should occur within 7 days of event

Cancellation by Yluzauezan

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel services:

  • Full refund of all payments including deposit
  • Assistance finding alternative party styling providers if possible
  • Reasonable compensation for inconvenience
  • Immediate notification and explanation
